While in Hong Kong we went for a day-trip to Macau and learned something new! We never knew that Macau was a old Portuguese trading port. The Trans-Mongolian express ended in Beijing from there on we started our adventure through China! The places we visited in China: Datong, Beijing, Pingyao, Xian, Jiuzhaigou National Park, Chengdu, Guilin, Longsheng, Yangshuo, Shenzhen.
This was one of our last train rides from the Trans-Mongolian express, This ride started in Ulaanbaatar and we had to get off the train in Datong.
