A 30km ride away from Luang Prabang, you can find the gorgeous Kuang Si falls. We rented a scooter and decided to go on our own instead of booking an overpriced tour. Most of the tours go around 11 a.m., you can expect that the park is full of Chinese around that time. To avoid that we went very early. The park opens at 8 a.m. so we started riding at 7 a.m. from Luang Prabang. It is such a beautiful road and there are many local villages on the way. When we arrived, there was nobody! We took some pictures, flew the drone and hiked up to the highest point of the waterfall. When we came down it was around 10:30 a.m. and the first Chinese were arriving. The sun started burning and we were sweaty of the little hike, so, time to take a dip in the milky blue waters!
